We have four flavors: Original Hard Apple Cider, Strawberry Apple Cider, Cranapple Cider, and Fall Spiced Apple Cider. (These are alcoholic beverages and are not sold on-line)

Dachshund Original Hard Apple Cider:  This cider starts from a country cider, just fermented apple juice with no additions.  This initial sweet cider is pressed from a typical “Great Lakes” blend of apples including: Red Delicious, Cortland, Golden Russet, Greenings, Jonathan, and Ida Red. All of these are September sweet/sharp apples.  The cider is then fermented during the winter months with Cote de Blanc yeast. Temperature is not specifically controlled but ranges from 50-55 degrees F. Stabilized by sterile filtration, sulfite and sorbate. It is then force carbonated.   Contains: 5.8% alcohol
 
   
Dachshund Strawberry Cider:  This cider starts from a country cider, just fermented apple juice with strawberry concentrate added.  This initial sweet cider is pressed from a typical “Great Lakes” blend of apples including: Red Delicious, Cortland, Golden Russet, Greenings, Jonathan, and Ida Red. All of these are September sweet/sharp apples.  The cider is then fermented during the winter months with Cote de Blanc yeast. Dachshund Cranberry Cider:  This cider starts from a country cider, just fermented apple juice with cranberry concentrate added.  This initial sweet cider is pressed from a typical “Great Lakes” blend of apples including: Red Delicious, Cortland, Golden Russet, Greenings, Jonathan, and Ida Red. All of these are September sweet/sharp apples.  The cider is then fermented during the winter months with Cote de Blanc yeast. Dachshund Spiced Cider:  This cider starts from a country cider, just fermented apple juice with Cinnamon, and All Spice added.  This initial sweet cider is pressed from a typical “Great Lakes” blend of apples including: Red Delicious, Cortland, Golden Russet, Greenings, Jonathan, and Ida Red. All of these are September sweet/sharp apples.  The cider is then fermented during the winter months with Cote de Blanc yeast. Temperature is not specifically controlled but ranges from 50-55 degrees F. Stabilized by sterile filtration, sulfite and sorbate. It is then force carbonated. Contains: 5.8% alcohol
